Leaders are not responsible for employee motivation.  Each of us brings a unique set of values to our business interactions.  When these values are recognized and coached on an individual basis, high-performing engaged teams are realized.

Personality Dimensions is a fun, interactive assessment tool that focuses on self-discovery.  This workshop allows participants to develop relationship-building strategies and understand behavioral temperament needs for extrinsic motivation including how the types contribute to team engagement.

Like a team, the tiles in a mosaic are individually unique and can function on their own. When brought together, they make one unified image; just like the different personalities that make up the mosaic of a well-functioning team.

Using 3 Mural Mosaic art pieces and the Myers Briggs Type Instrument®, this activity simulates and enhances 6 key behavioral characteristics represented in teams.

Includes all supplies and a Mural Mosaic gift for each participant.
